Diwali Celebration has reached America too. Barack Obama, who very recently got the Nobel Prize for peace has created history again. It is reported that Obama celebrated diwali by lighting a lamp ( diya) in the White House. Obama thus became the first US president who celebrated diwali in White House. Lamp had been lit in presence of the priest of the'SRIVISHNU ' Temple Narayanacharya Digalacoat. Obama said" I am very very happy to lit a diya during the festival times. Best wishes and Happy Diwali to you all. Sal Mubarak." What A news!
